Cabbage And Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

200 g white cabbage, cut into strips
50 ml hot vegetable stock
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp oil
1 None small onion, peeled and finely chopped
75 g beef mince
1 tbsp tomato puree
2 tsp dried oregano
50 g feta, crumbled
1 None egg yolk
50 ml skimmed milk
None None Fresh rosemary, oregano and quartered cherry tomatoes, for garnish
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease an ovenproof baking dish. Place the cabbage and 2 tbsp stock in a saucepan. Season with salt, black pepper and paprika. Cover and braise for 20 mins.
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan and saute the onion until softened. Add the ground beef and cook until crumbly. Stir in the tomato paste and oregano and cook for 1 min. Stir in the remaining 2 tbsp stock.
Spoon the cabbage into the baking dish. Add the ground beef mixture and sprinkle with feta. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolk and milk, season, then pour over the ground beef and feta. Bake for 20-25 mins. Garnish with rosemary, oregano and cherry tomatoes.
