Thumbprint Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1/3 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup self-rising flour, sifted
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour, sifted
    2 tbsp milk
    7 oz milk chocolate, melted
    None None sprinkles, to decorate
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
    Cream butter, sugar and vanilla together until creamy. Add flour, alternating with milk. Mix until combined. Shape into small balls (around 1 tbsp each). Place on trays, 1 1/2 inches apart. Make an indentation in center of each cookie. Bake for 15-20 mins, until bottoms are golden. Let cool on trays for 5 mins then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
    Distribute chocolate between indentations. Set aside for 2-3 mins then decorate with sprinkles.
