Warm Peaches With Cinnamon Yogurt Sauce - cooking recipe

4 None ripe peaches, halved, destoned, peeled
1 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp sugar
1 oz flaked almonds, toasted
Preparation

Preheat broiler to high. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place peaches, cut-side up, on baking sheet. Combine butter, vanilla and half the cinnamon in a bowl. Brush mixture on peaches. Broil 5 mins, or until light golden.
Meanwhile, for the yogurt sauce, place yogurt, remaining cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and stir to combine. Top peaches with yogurt sauce and almonds to serve.
