Tuscan Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None baguette, quartered, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp oil
    1 tbsp chopped fresh thyme
    3 oz baby spinach leaves
    1 1/2 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
    4 None tomatoes, cut into wedges
    3/4 cup pitted Kalamata olives
    1 None red onion, thinly sliced
    None None FOR THE DRESSING
    1/4 cup olive oil
    2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
    1 tbsp honey
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place bread on a large baking pan. Drizzle with oil and thyme; toss well to coat. Arrange bread in a single layer on pan.
    Bake for 8-10 mins until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.
    Toss spinach, basil, tomatoes, olives, onion and bread in a large bowl. For the dressing, whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Serve salad drizzled with dressing.
