Swordfish Kebabs With Wasabi Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lbs swordfish, cut into chunks
    1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp finely grated lemongrass
    2 tsp grated fresh ginger
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    1 1/3 lbs green beans, trimmed and halved
    1 tbsp butter
    2 tsp wasabi paste
    None None Sea salt flakes, to season
    None None Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Preparation
    Place swordfish, cilantro, lemongrass, ginger, oil and salt in a large bowl. Toss to coat. Let stand 5-10 mins, to marinate.
    Thread 4 fish chunks onto each skewer. Cook on flat grill pan on high heat 2 1/2 mins each side, until just cooked.
    Bring large saucepan of salted water to boil. Add beans. Cook 5-6 mins, until just tender. Drain.
    Melt butter and wasabi in same saucepan until bubbling. Add beans; toss to coat. Season with sea salt flakes.
    Serve beans with skewered swordfish and steamed rice.
