Chocolate Lace Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3.5 oz dark chocolate, chopped
    6 1/2 tbsp butter, chopped
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    2 tbsp cocoa powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    1 cup granulated sugar
    1 None large egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 cup powdered sugar
Preparation
    Combine chocolate and butter in a small saucepan. Stir over low heat until just melted. Transfer to a medium bowl.
    Sift together flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. Stir into chocolate mixture along with sugar and egg. Cover and chill for 15 mins, or until firm.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
    Roll level tablespoonfuls of firm batter into balls. Roll in powdered sugar then place on lined trays, about 3 inches apart. Bake for 15-20 mins. Let cool on trays.
