Smoked Chicken And Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12.5 oz smoked chicken breast fillets, thinly sliced
    3 stalks celery, trimmed, thinly sliced
    3 None small tomatoes, quartered, seeded
    3.5 oz baby spinach
    4 None hard-boiled eggs, quartered
    2 None spring onions, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted
    2 tsp cumin seeds, toasted
    2/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery, tomatoes, spinach, eggs, onions and almonds in a large bowl and toss gently to combine.
    Crush cumin seeds finely using a mortar and pestle. Combine with mayonnaise and lemon juice then drizzle over salad. Serve.
