Chocolate Mascarpone Stacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz chocolate, broken into pieces
    1/2 cup milk
    18 None thin crisp cookies
    1 cup mascarpone cheese
    None None mixed berries to serve
    None None cocoa powder to dust
Preparation
    Place 5oz of chocolate in a heatproof bowl with milk. Place bowl over a pan of simmering water, stirring occasionally, until chocolate has melted. Remove from heat and cool.
    Place the remaining chocolate in a separate bowl and melt as above. Using a teaspoon or piping bag, drizzle over 6 cookies. Leave to set.
    Beat mascarpone until softened. Add chocolate milk. Stir until the mixture is thick and holds its shape. Spoon half the mascarpone mixture onto 6 plain cookies. Cover with remaining plain cookies. Top with remaining mascarpone mixture and the chocolate-drizzled cookies. Serve with berries and dust with cocoa.
