Spicy Coconut Shrimp Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lbs large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails intact
    1 lb cauliflower, cut into florets
    7 oz broccoli, cut into florets
    1 None onion, thinly sliced
    2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
    2 None fresh long red chili peppers, thinly sliced
    1 tsp ground turmeric
    1/4 tsp ground cardamom
    1/2 tsp ground cumin
    2/3 cup coconut milk
    2 tbsp mango chutney
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
    Heat an oiled wok on high heat. Stir-fry until shrimp are cooked and vegetables are just tender. Season to taste.
