Red Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp orange marmalade
4 tbsp orange juice
1 None onion, peeled and diced
4 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tbsp canola oil
1 bulb fennel, thinly sliced
1/4 lb walnuts, coarsely chopped and toasted
2 1/4 lb red cabbage, cut into strips
Preparation

Mix the orange marmalade, orange juice, diced onions, vinegar and 3 tbsp of oil together. Season to taste and toss with the fennel, walnuts, and red cabbage.
