Ingredients

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
3 1/2 tbps butter
1 1/4 cups heavy cream
3.5 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
Preparation

In a small saucepan, stir sugar, honey, butter and cream over medium heat until sugar dissolves and butter melts. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 min. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 mins.
Add chocolate and stir until smooth. Let stand for 10 mins before serving.
