Zucchini With Chorizo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None fresh chorizo sausage (about 6 oz)
    4 medium zucchini, sliced
Preparation
    Squeeze the filling from the sausage casing. Cook the sausage in a large heated skillet, stirring, until the sausage browns and crumbles. Remove from the pan.
    Add the zucchini to the drippings in the skillet. Cook, stirring, until browned and tender.
    Return the sausage to the pan; cook, stirring, until combined. Serve.
