Grilled Prawns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 None small onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp paprika
2 1/4 lb raw prawns, peeled, deveined, tails intact
None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation

Preheat grill. Combine onion, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, herbs and spices. Season. Add prawns and toss to coat. Thread onto 8 metal skewers.
Grill over medium-high heat for 1-2 mins per side, until cooked. Serve with mixed greens.
