Tomato, Feta And Ham Frittatas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3.5 oz ham, chopped
3.5 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3 tbsp fresh basil, roughly chopped
6 None large eggs
2/3 cup heavy cream
9 None cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Line a 6-cup muffin pan with paper liners. Fill with ham, cheeses and basil.
Whisk eggs and cream together in a bowl and season. Distribute between muffin recesses then top with cherry tomatoes. Bake for 25 mins. Let cool in pan for 5 mins before serving.
