Vietnamese Pork Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tbsp peanut oil
2 small red chili peppers, seeded and finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 3/4 lbs lean ground pork
2 tbsp fish sauce
1/3 cup lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro leaves
1/2 cup mint leaves
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
None None Steamed rice and lime wedges, to serve
Preparation

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Cook chili peppers and garlic, stirring, until fragrant.
Add the pork; cook, stirring, until cooked through. Add the fish sauce and 1/2 the lime juice; cook, stirring, for 5 mins or until well combined. Transfer mixture to a large bowl; stir in the herbs, onion and remaining lime juice.
Serve with steamed rice and lime wedges.
