Minute Steaks With Warm Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 None minute steaks
    4 tbsp oregano, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    7 tbsp olive oil
    1 lb potatoes, peeled and sliced
    1 None onion, sliced
    2 None green peppers, deseeded and diced
    2 None large tomatoes, chopped
    1 tsp sugar
Preparation
    Mix the steak with the oregano, garlic and 3 tbsp oil. Cover and set aside to marinate.
    Heat 4 tbsp oil in a large frying pan, add the potatoes and fry for 8-10 mins until golden and crisp. Turn occasionally. Add the onion, peppers, tomato and sugar to the pan and season. Cook for another 3-4 mins.
    Meanwhile, heat a second frying pan over a medium-hot heat. Add the steaks and fry for 1-2 mins on each side. Season to taste. Divide the steak and vegetables among 4 plates and serve.
