Seafood Platter With A Trio Of Sauces - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb cooked shrimp
    16 None oysters
    7 oz smoked salmon slices
    None None FOR THE SWEET VINEGAR SAUCE
    1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    3 None shallots, finely chopped
    1 tbsp sugar
    2 tsp olive oil
    None None FOR THE TOMATO SAUCE
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup tomato sauce
    2 tbsp horseradish sauce
    None None FOR THE LIME MAYONNAISE
    1 None lime, zested and juiced
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
Preparation
    Arrange shrimp, oysters and salmon on a serving platter. Keep well chilled until ready to serve.
    To make the sauces, combine all ingredients for each sauce in 3 separate serving bowls. Serve seafood platter with sauces for dipping.
