Pasta With Ham, Zucchini And Olives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz penne or other pasta of choice
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 None zucchini, ends trimmed and sliced lengthwise into ribbons
    8 oz cherry tomatoes
    1/3 cup pitted Kalamata black olives
    4 oz ham, thickly sliced, cut into wide strips
    4 oz baby arugula leaves
    4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
Preparation
    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain.
    Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large skillet on high heat. Cook the zucchini for 3-5 mins until lightly browned. Remove from the pan. Add the tomatoes, olives and ham to the pan and cook for 3-5 mins, until the tomatoes have just split.
    Add the pasta, zucchini and zucchini and toss well. Season to taste. Transfer to serving plates and serve immediately topped with goat cheese.
