Vegetable Noodle Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tbsp oil
    1 None onion, sliced
    1 None carrot, thinly sliced
    1 None green bell pepper, deseeded, chopped
    4 None baby pak choy, leaves separated
    3.5 oz mushrooms, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    6 oz instant noodles, cooked
    2 tbsp kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
    2 tbsp soy sauce + extra, to serve
    1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
    None None shredded spring onion, to serve
    None None sliced chili, to serve
Preparation
    Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over high heat. Stir-fry onion, carrot, pepper, pak choy, mushrooms and garlic for 3-4 mins, until tender. Add noodles, kecap manis and soy sauce. Stir-fry for 1-2 mins, until heated through.
    Sprinkle with peanuts, spring onion and chili. Drizzle with soy sauce.
