Ingredients

2 tbsp oil
1 lb ground beef
1 clove garlic, peeled and finely diced
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
2/3 lb tomatoes, diced
1 cup pizza crust mix, mixed according to package instructions
5.25 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
3 3/4 cups arugula, roughly chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Heat oil in a pan and brown ground meat for 5 mins. Add garlic and onion and cook for 5 mins. Add tomatoes and season. Set aside to cool slightly.
On a lightly floured work surface, roll out pizza dough until 22 inches long. Sprinkle with cheese, arugula and ground beef mixture. Roll up from long side, twist into a ring and press ends together. Place on prepared pan and slash diagonally several times across the top. Bake for 20-25 mins, until browned.
