Caipirhina Peach Punch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 x 15 oz cans of sliced peaches, chopped, syrup reserved
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup cachaca
3 None limes, chopped
3 cups sparkling wine
3 cups mineral water
Preparation

In a large bowl mix the syrup from the peaches, lemon juice and brown sugar. Stir until all the sugar has dissolved, then add the cachaca and chopped fruit. Top with sparkling wine and mineral water, mix well and serve.
