Nectarine Cake - cooking recipe

3 None eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
6 medium nectarines, peeled and sliced
1/2 cup ground almonds
3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened, diced
None None Powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Grease a 9-inch springform pan; line bottom and sides with parchment paper.
Process the eggs, milk, sugar, flour and vanilla in a food processor until a thick batter forms. Transfer the batter to a large bowl and fold in the nectarines.
Spoon into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the top with almonds and dot with butter.
Bake for 1 hour, or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Remove from pan. Dust with powdered sugar.
