Italian Layered Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
    1 (9 oz) spinach tortellini, cooked
    1 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves
    8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 None medium red onion, thinly sliced
    1 None seedless cucumber, thinly sliced
    1 (12 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
    1 cup pitted black olives
    1 None lemon, zested and juiced
    1/2 cup Italian dressing
Preparation
    In a trifle dish, layer tomatoes, tortellini, basil, cheese, onion, cucumber, peppers and olives.
    Whisk 1 tsp lemon zest and 2 tsp lemon juice with dressing. Drizzle over salad.
