Strawberry Marshmallow Cake - cooking recipe

2/3 cup sugar
2 None eggs
1/3 cup plain yogurt
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup strawberry-flavoured marshmallows, chopped
3 tbsp strawberry syrup
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325\u00b0F. Grease an 8 cup loaf pan and sprinkle with flour. Beat the sugar, eggs and a pinch of salt until creamy. Beat in the yogurt. Mix the flour and baking powder together and beat in, alternating with the oil until both are incorporated.
Mix the marshmallows and strawberry syrup together. Spoon the batter into the pan and swirl the marshmallows in to make a marbled effect. Bake for 40 mins. Allow to cool for 20 mins, then turn out of the pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
