Shrimp, Mesclun And Mango Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag (6 oz) mixed salad leaves
    1 1/2 lbs cooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails intact
    1 None mango, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced
    1/2 cup toasted macadamias
    1/2 cup cilantro leaves
    4 None green onions, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp macadamia oil
    1 None lime, juiced
    1 tbsp chopped cilantro
    2 tsp sugar
    2 tsp white balsamic vinegar
    2 small red chili peppers, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Combine mixed salad leaves, shrimp, mango, macadamias, cilantro leaves and green onions in a large bowl.
    For the dressing, whisk macadamia oil, lime juice, chopped cilantro, sugar, vinegar and chili peppers in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Just before serving, drizzle dressing over salad and toss well.
