Smoked Salmon Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 None baguette, thinly sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil
    4 None eggs, at room temperature
    1/2 cup sour cream
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    1 tbsp Dijon mustard
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tbsp chopped dill
    2 tbsp drained chopped capers
    2 heads baby Romaine lettuce, leaves torn
    7 oz sliced smoked salmon, torn
    1 medium red onion, cut into thin rings
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Brush bread with oil and place on a baking pan. Bake for 5 mins, turning once, until lightly toasted. Set aside to cool.
    Meanwhile, place eggs in a medium saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Remove pan from heat. Let stand 12 mins; drain. Cool eggs under cold water. Peel and slice eggs.
    Whisk sour cream, lemon juice, 1 tbsp warm water, mustard, garlic, dill and half of capers in a small bowl.
    Place lettuce and half of croutons in a serving bowl. Add half of dressing and toss to coat. Top with salmon, remaining croutons, onion and eggs. Drizzle with remaining dressing. Sprinkle with remaining capers.
