Creamy Parsnip Mash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 None potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
    2 None parsnips, peeled, cut into chunks
    1/2 ml hot milk
    3 tbsp butter
    2 None garlic cloves, crushed
Preparation
    Place the potatoes and parsnips in a saucepan with enough salted water to cover. Bring to a boil. Cook 15-20 mins until tender. Drain.
    Return potatoes and parsnips to saucepan. Mash well. Add milk, butter and garlic. Cook and stir on medium heat for 2-3 mins until smooth. Season to taste.
