Baked Tomatoes With Honey And Thyme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 sprigs thyme, washed and shaken dry
    800 g ripe tomatoes, cut in half horizontally
    2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely sliced
    1 None red chilli, halved, deseeded and chopped finely
    2 tbsp olive oil
    3 tbsp runny honey
    1 tbsp fruit vinegar
    None None oil for the dish
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place the halved tomatoes in an oiled ovenproof dish and sprinkle with the garlic, thyme and chili. Season to taste with salt. Mix the oil, honey and vinegar and pour over the tomatoes. Cook for approximately 30 mins.
