4 small prepared pizza crusts
1/2 cup bottled pizza sauce
12 small mozzarella balls, halved
1 None chorizo sausage, thinly sliced
12 oz uncooked large shrimp, peeled, deveined and halved lengthwise
None None Baby arugula leaves, to serve (optional)
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Place pizza crusts on a baking pan. Spread pizza crusts with sauce. Top with mozzarella, chorizo and shrimp.
Bake about 15 mins until bottom of pizza crusts are browned. Serve pizzas sprinkled with arugula leaves, if desired.
