Shrimp And Calamari With Garlic Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, at room temperature
    2 tbsp chopped parsley
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 None lemon, peel grated
    1 lb (4 medium) squid bodies, cleaned and cut into 1/3-inch slices
    1 2/3 lbs medium shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails intact
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    None None Lemon wedges, crusty bread, to serve
Preparation
    Mix butter, parsley, garlic and lemon peel in a small bowl. Season to taste.
    Combine squid, shrimp, oil and lemon juice in a large bowl.
    Preheat grill pan or large skillet on high heat. Cook squid and shrimp, 1-2 mins each side, brushing with butter mixture, until just cooked through.
    Serve with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
