Warm Chocolate Caramel Puddings - cooking recipe

8 tbsp (1 stick) butter, softened
2/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2 None eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp milk
12 None caramel-filled chocolate squares

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease four 1-cup baking dishes; line the bottoms with parchment paper.
Beat the butter and sugar in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time. Stir in the sifted flour, cocoa and milk.
Divide two-thirds of the mixture among the dishes. Place 3 caramel chocolate squares in the center of each dish. Spoon the remaining mixture over the chocolate squares; smooth the surface.
Bake the puddings for about 20 mins. Let stand in the dishes for 10 mins. Turn the puddings onto serving plates. Serve immediately with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder, if desired.
