Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cup butter, chopped
7 oz dark chocolate, chopped
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 None eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup gluten-free all-purpose flour, sifted
2 tbsp gluten-free cocoa powder, sifted
1/4 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease and line a 7 inch square cake pan.
Heat butter, chocolate and sugar together in a saucepan over low heat, stirring, until melted and smooth. Set aside to cool slightly. Add eggs and vanilla. Add flour and cocoa and stir until combined. Transfer to prepared pan and sprinkle with pecans. Bake for 20-25 mins, until just firm.
Let cool then cut into squares to serve.
