Peach And Banana Clafoutis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz) can sliced peaches
    1 None sliced banana
    2 None large eggs
    2 tbsp sugar
    1/4 cup all purpose flour
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    None None powdered sugar and ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F. Place sliced peaches banana in the bases of 4 (8 oz) shallow ovenproof dishes.
    In a bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until pale. Gradually blend in flour, then milk and vanilla extract, until smooth. Pour over fruit and sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Bake for 20-25 mins, until set. Serve dusted with powdered sugar and a scoop of ice cream.
