Fish With Prosciutto And Spring Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    None None FOR THE ROSEMARY MARINADE
    1 tbsp olive oil
    2 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
    1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp lemon juice
    None None FISH WITH PROSCIUTTO AND SPRING ONIONS
    14 oz spring onions, trimmed, halved lengthwise
    1 None lemon, quartered
    2 sprigs fresh rosemary
    4 None firm white fish fillets, skin-on, halved
    4 slices prosciutto, halved
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F. Heat a large oiled baking dish in oven.
    Whisk together ingredients for rosemary marinade in a large bowl. Add spring onions, lemon wedges and rosemary. Add fish and turn to coat. Arrange fish, skin-side down, in hot baking dish. Top with prosciutto and bake for 20 mins.
    Divide onion mixture between serving plates. Top with fish and roughly chopped prosciutto.
