Strawberry French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 None medium eggs
    1/2 cup granulated sugar
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    3/4 cup milk
    1 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    8 thick slices raisin toast, crust removed
    9 oz strawberries, hulled, quartered
    1/2 tsp rose water
    1/2 cup strawberry jam
    None None yogurt, to serve
    None None powdered sugar, to dust
Preparation
    Whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla. Whisk in milk.
    Heat butter and oil together in a medium frying pan over high heat. Dip each slice of bread into egg mixture to coat then cook for 2-3 mins per side, or until crisp and golden. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining bread.
    Meanwhile, toss strawberries and rose water together. Spread jam over toast then cut in 1/2 diagonally. Top with strawberry mixture and yogurt. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
