Sweet Potato Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/3 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and chopped
    1/4 cup milk
    2 None eggs, lightly beaten
    5 tbsp butter
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
    1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese
    1/2 cup fresh breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 4-cup baking dish with butter. Cook sweet potatoes in large saucepan of boiling salted water for 10 mins, until tender. Drain and return to pan.
    Roughly mash with milk and eggs until well combined. Add 2 tbsp of the butter, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix until smooth. Add 1/2 of Parmesan cheese, season to taste and mix well. Spoon into prepared dish.
    Combine remaining Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle evenly over top. Dot with remaining 1 tbsp butter.
    Bake for 40 mins, until golden.
