Shrimp And Mango Toasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 None medium cooked shrimp, peeled, deveined and chopped
    2 None mangoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup coarsely chopped mint
    2 None kaffir lime leaves, finely chopped
    1 None lime, juiced
    1/2 None long red chili pepper, seeded and finely chopped
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1 None long baguette, cut into 24 slices
Preparation
    Combine shrimp, mango, mayonnaise, mint, lime leaves, lime juice and chili pepper in a large bowl.
    Preheat the broiler on high. Brush oil lightly onto both sides of bread. Place on a baking pan. Broil 2-3 mins each side, until golden.
    Serve bread topped with shrimp mixture.
