Pizza Strips With Creamy Tomato Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    400 g ready-rolled pizza base
    1 tbsp dried Italian herbs
    25 g Parmesan, grated
    25 g Cheddar, grated
    200 g cream cheese
    1 None onion, peeled and finely chopped
    200 g jar tomato pizza topping
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1 None tomato, finely chopped
    None None Fresh thyme, for garnish
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. On a lightly floured surface, cut the pizza base into 24 strips. Arrange on the baking sheets and brush lightly with water.
    Sprinkle 1/2 the strips with the dried herbs. Mix the Parmesan and Cheddar together and sprinkle over the remaining strips. Bake 1 at a time for 10-12 mins, until golden. Allow to cool on a wire rack.
    To make the dip, mix the cream cheese and onion. Stir in the pizza sauce, cayenne pepper and paprika. Season then stir in the tomato. Garnish with thyme and serve with the pizza strips.
