    7 tbsp olive oil
    7 oz tomato puree
    1/4 lb turkey salami, sliced
    1/3 lb mozzarella, sliced
1 None yellow pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
2 None green peppers, deseeded and thinly sliced
1 None red onion, peeled and sliced into thin rings
    2 None tomatoes, sliced
1/4 lb broccoli, cut into florets
    1/2 lb white mushrooms
    4 tbsp white wine vinegar
    1 tbsp mustard
    1 tbsp honey
1 None shallot, peeled and finely diced
1/3 lb lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425\u00b0F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the yeast, 1 tbsp sugar, flour, salt and 3 tbsp oil. Add 1 1/2 cups warm water and knead with the dough hook of a mixer or with your hands into a smooth dough. Cover and allow to rest in a warm place for 45 mins.
For the sauce, mix the tomato puree and 1 tsp sugar and season with salt and black pepper.
Knead the dough again, cut in half and shape into 2 balls. On a floured surface, roll out each ball into a 10 inch circle. Place on the baking sheets and spread with the sauce. Arrange the salami, mozzarella, peppers, onion, tomatoes, broccoli and mushrooms on top. Bake the pizzas one at a time for 20 mins, or until the cheese is golden and bubbling.
Meanwhile, for the salad, whisk the vinegar, mustard and honey and season with salt and black pepper. Gradually whisk in 4 tbsp oil then stir in the shallot. Drizzle over the lettuce and serve with the pizzas.
