Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup olive oil
    1 cup packed brown sugar
    3 None eggs
    1 tsp instant coffee
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cups plus 2 tbsp flour
    1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    2 medium zucchini, grated
    1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    None None Mixed berries and powdered sugar, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Lightly grease a 9-inch springform pan.
    Beat oil, brown sugar and eggs in a medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until pale. Beat in coffee and vanilla.
    Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and baking powder into a large bowl. Stir in zucchini and chocolate chips. Gently stir in oil mixture until combined. Spoon into prepared pan, smoothing top with a spatula.
    Bake for 50 mins, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Release springform pan and cool completely on a wire rack. Top with berries and dust with powdered sugar.
