1 lb blueberries
1 None onion, peeled and finely diced
1/4 cup brown sugar
6 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp mustard seeds
4 None cloves
4 sprigs thyme, leaves removed
8 None chicken drumsticks
1 pinch paprika
1 None lime, sliced, for garnish
Preparation

Heat the blueberries, onion, sugar, vinegar, mustard, cloves and thyme in a saucepan. Season to taste, bring to a boil and cook over low heat for about 15 mins, stirring several times. Transfer the chutney to jars and refrigerate.
Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Rub the drumsticks with paprika and season to taste. Put them on a drip pan and roast for 35-40 mins. Cool them, then wrap the ends with kitchen twine and bind them with parchment paper. Serve garnished with lime slices and the chutney on the side.
