Tex-Mex Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None medium avocado, halved, pitted, thinly sliced
    2 (13.5 oz) cans kidney beans, rinsed
    1 None large tomato, coarsely chopped
    1 None small red onion, finely chopped
    2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
    1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season to taste and serve.
