Spicy Grilled Lamb Leg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp ground chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 None leg of lamb, trimmed
Preparation

Whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, spices and garlic. Add lamb and turn to coat. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours to marinate.
Preheat grill. Grill lamb, covered, for 45 mins for medium, or until cooked to your liking. Remove lamb from grill, loosely cover with foil and let rest for 10 mins. Carve and serve.
