Tortilla Nacho Bites - cooking recipe

1 (14 oz) can refried beans
1/2 cup spicy tomato salsa
1/2 cup sour cream
8 None crunchy corn taco shells
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
None None fresh cilantro leaves
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Blend the beans in a food processor or blender then pour into a saucepan. Heat the beans with the salsa over a medium heat. Stir in the sour cream.
Break the taco shells in half along the spine, then spread the mixture on the inside of the taco shells and top with grated cheddar cheese. Lay the shells on a baking tray and bake until the cheese melts. Top with fresh cilantro leaves to serve.
