Mushrooms Stuffed With Arugla And Camembert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb button mushrooms, stems finely chopped, caps left whole
    3 3/4 cups arugula, finely chopped
    3.5 oz pickled red peppers, finely diced
    1/2 lb camembert, cubed
Preparation
    Mix the chopped mushroom stems, arugula and peppers. Season then fill the mushroom caps. Place on a baking tray, top with cheese and bake for about 10 mins.
