Open-Faced Tomato, Parma Ham And Mozzarella Sandwiches - cooking recipe

4 None brioche buns, halved horizonatally
4 None tomatoes, sliced
1/2 lb mozzarella, sliced
3 tbsp pesto
8 slices Parma ham
1 cup baby arugula
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0F. Place the bun halves cut-side-up on a baking sheet. Place tomato and mozzarella slices on each half, bake for 10 mins. Remove from the oven and top each with a teaspoon of pesto, a slice of ham and top with arugula.
