Tomato And Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg (16 oz) macaroni
    4 oz bacon, cut into strips
    6 tbsp cider vinegar
    1 tbsp mustard
    1 tbsp honey
    4 tbsp canola or sunflower oil
    10 None green onions, sliced
    14 oz cherry tomatoes, halved
Preparation
    Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water according to the package directions. Drain and set aside to cool.
    Fry the bacon in a skillet until crispy. Drain on paper towels. Set aside. For the dressing, whisk the vinegar, mustard and honey in a bowl. Gradually whisk in the oil. Season with salt and black pepper. Stir in the bacon.
    Mix the macaroni, green onions and tomatoes. Add the dressing and toss to coat well. Season with salt and black pepper.
