Baked Fruit Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    2 tbsp butter
    1 tbsp brown sugar
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    3 None Granny Smith apples, cored and quartered
    3 None pears, cored and quartered
    3 None rhubarb stalks, trimmed and sliced
    4 None figs, quartered
    None None Ice cream, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Combine maple syrup, butter, brown sugar and cinnamon in a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is well blended.
    Arrange apples and pears in a baking dish. Pour syrup mixture over fruit, turning fruit to coat.
    Bake for 25-30 mins. Turn fruit and add rhubarb and figs halfway through cooking. Serve warm with ice cream.
