Chicken And Cherry Tomato Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 None zucchini, coarsely grated, excess liquid squeezed out
    5 oz frozen peas, thawed
    5.25 oz shredded cooked chicken
    4 None spring onions, sliced
    1.5 oz cheddar cheese, grated
    6 None eggs, lightly whisked
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    12 None cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, torn
    None None mixed greens, to serve
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0F. Grease a 9 1/2 inch pie dish. Combine zucchini, peas, chicken, onion, cheese, egg and cream. Season. Transfer to prepared dish. Top with tomato and basil. Bake for 20 mins, or until golden and cooked through. Serve with mixed greens.
