Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
    4 slices bacon
    1 None leek, sliced
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
    1 tbsp grainy mustard
    3 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 tbsp (3/4 stick) butter, softened
    1 None egg
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Bake the potatoes for 40-60 mins or until cooked.
    Slice in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh and place the potato shells on a parchment paper-lined baking pan. Place the flesh in a bowl.
    Saute the bacon, leeks and garlic in a large skillet until soft and golden and add to the potato flesh.
    Add the mustard, 2 cups of the cheese, butter and egg and mash together. Fill the potato skins with the mash. Top with the remaining cheese
    Bake for 15 mins or until bubbling and golden. Serve immediately with a salad.
